Tensegrity Labs, LLC (formerly TangibleTec, LLC) (“Tensegrity Labs,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.tensegrity-labs.com (the “Site”), our services, and any forms, applications, or online accounts we offer now or in the future (together, the “Services”).
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. We collect information you choose to provide, such as when you email us, request or purchase services, submit a form, or create an account. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company, billing address, and the content of your messages or submissions.
Customer information. When you purchase services, we collect the contact and billing details needed to provide and invoice them. Content you store on our hosting, cloud, storage, or backup services is described in Section 3.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider, DreamHost, records standard server logs when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring page, and the date and time of each request.
Cookies and similar technologies. The Site does not currently use cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. If we add features that need them, such as account sign-in or spam protection on a form, we will update this policy to describe them.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Respond to questions and requests
- Provide, maintain, and support the Services
- Send invoices, process payments, and keep business records
- Protect the Site and Services, including preventing spam, abuse, and fraud
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for others’ marketing or targeted advertising.
3. Customer Content
Data you store or process using our hosting, cloud, storage, or backup services belongs to you. We access it only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, or support the service, at your request, or as required by law. Your responsibilities for that data are described in the Terms of Service.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only:
- With service providers that help us operate, such as web hosting, email, invoicing and payment processing, and spam protection, who may use it only to provide their services to us
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tensegrity Labs, our customers, or others
- As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred
Invoicing and payments. We use Wave (Wave Financial) to send invoices and process payments. When you pay online, your card or bank details are handled by Wave and its payment partners under their own privacy policies (see Wave’s privacy policy). We do not store full card or bank account numbers.
We are based in the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States.
5. How Long We Keep Information
We keep messages and customer records for as long as we work together and as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Server logs are kept by DreamHost as described in DreamHost’s privacy policy. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us (Section 11). We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity. We may keep information we are legally required to retain. If you live where the law gives you additional privacy rights, we will honor those rights as required.
Do Not Track. The Site does not track visitors across other websites, so it does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Other Websites
The Site links to websites we do not control, such as project partners. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the Site and Services change. We will post the updated policy here and change the “Last Revised” date above.
